Our surgical program offers a wide-range of surgical specialties. Hospital-wide leadership in enterostomal therapy, wound care and pressure ulcer prevention is provided by the surgical program through Manager, Enterostomal Therapy and Wound Care. We are seeking a dedicated professional with progressive healthcare experience to provide leadership, management and clinical support related in the above areas of specialization. Reporting to the Program Director of Surgery, this role is accountable for providing specialized patient care teaching and consulting in the diagnosis and treatment of persons with an ostomy or complex wound. The position also leads the hospital-wide pressure ulcer prevention program, coordinates/manages the use of special surfaces and negative pressure dressings, and manages the associated budget. The manager is also expected to support and implement evidence-based practices and continuing process improvement to meet unit, program and organizational goals. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and the motivation to drive results by efficiently using resources and inspiring others. REQUIREMENTS:
