Improved Mental Health Services Model
As part of our commitment to be the best at what we do, Rouge Valley Health System has introduced an improved service model in mental health for our patients in west Durham and east Toronto.
This new model will allow us to improve our patient care and offer a more diverse range of services to patients while reflecting the most innovative best practices in health care. To transition to this new service model, we have expanded our emergency and crisis intervention services at both Rouge Valley Ajax and Pickering (RVAP) and Rouge Valley Centenary (RVC) hospital campuses, and consolidated all inpatient services to RVC. All mental health services can be accessed from each hospital campus.
