Media procedure
Our Public Affairs team helps media professionals find information, coordinate interviews with physicians, staff and patients, and navigate our facilities.
To ensure the confidentiality of our patients, residents and employees is protected:

All media calls must be directed to Public Affairs (see contact information above).

All media interviews must be cleared through Public Affairs.

All media representatives visiting RVHS sites must be escorted by Public Affairs personnel (or designate).

Documentary film producers must submit a written synopsis about their project to Public Affairs. If consent to film is given, a written agreement must be signed.

All patients and families must sign an RVHS consent form to ensure they agree with being interviewed or recorded by the media.
