Lucy Stocco
 Lucy is the Executive Vice President of Tribute Communities. Since joining Tribute in 1988, she has been responsible for all facets of land development, and is passionate about the land development industry. For Tribute, she is currently responsible for all low rise projects, both current operations and long range projects.
Lucy strongly promotes the “Passion for Community” that is the corporate culture at Tribute. She has volunteered on numerous industry-related Committees and Board of Directors, including The Urban Development Institute (UDI) and Ontario Realty Corporation. She was Chair of UDI from 1994 to 1996.
Her current volunteer work includes the Ajax Pickering Women’s Shelter and the Rouge Valley Health System Foundation.
Lucy’s most rewarding task is raising her 17 year old son, Spencer.
