Jim Ward, Chair
 Jim has spent the past twenty years working in the Canadian commercial real estate sector with the majority of his career working for institutions providing commercial mortgages. Jim is currently a Senior Business Development Manager for CIBC Commercial Mortgages.
Jim grew up in Highland Creek and then Pickering, close to both Rouge Valley Health System hospital campuses. He lives with his wife Jennifer and their three children Philippa, Robert and Keith in Pickering Village.
